"A beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious. Our 7 year old loved the pool and the basket ball nets in the grounds. The breakfast buffett is amazing we have never seen so many options."

"The cheeseburger was amazing. Only complaint I have is that children are not allowed in pool on weekends and the pool closes at 5pm on Sundays. The bellman was great and provided exceptional service. He promptly provided a wheel chair and ramp so my wife could enter and leave the property."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so friendly which added to the perfect environment. My room was very clean and perfectly positioned to catch the light in the morning. I had the most luxurious massage (thanks Stephanie) and I'm already planning my next visit. The grounds are immaculate and I loved seeing the ducks in the moat. Kris and Gemma were on the front desk. They were very attentive and appear to genuinely love there job. Overall, my visit to New Hall Hotel & Spa was perfect...

"We stay at Fairlawns regularly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The staff are terrific and dinner always delicious."

"Nice hotel with spacious room on 4th floor. Restaurant was good for evening meal with salmon fillet. Camden Ale was nice although £7.20/pint. Good service and breakfast was nice. The bathroom has some mould on the silicone around the bath and a gap at the pivot of the shower screen which results in the floor becoming wet."
