"Lovely stay, great sporting facilities, food was wonderful. Only little downside was having to pay to use the spa even though we were staying the night and had booked a treatment. The spa was also a bit too busy. Would stay again!"

"Complete tiled floor which initially seemed unusual but that does mean its cleaner. I was happy to find there wasnt a damp smell in the bathroom. Ive been searching for a hotel that smells clean and this room certainly did, so I shall be staying here in future. My room was quiet even though hotel seemed busy. No view but that didnt bother me. Good ventilation and more snacks included than expected. Lovely towels and everything i needed. I didnt stop for breakfast so cant comment on the...

"The hotel was beautiful but the restaurant food was really shocking the staff was amazing my meal just was so disappointing and even alternative meal was given it was even worse and the price was just so disappointing wouldn’t recommend the food there shame as if it was home made the price and quality would get a lot more customers due to the beautiful hotel and what it offers"

"Our stay at New hall spa was amazing! We were a group of ten celebrating my daughters hen weekend, everything was so relaxing excellent food and facilities! Couldn't fault a thing will definitely visit again."
