Malmaison Birmingham
Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person. Hotel admitted it was a mistake on Expedia however did not honour entry and said that "the spa is also not advertised as being ...

Good location and nice staff. Unfortunately no shampoo in the room, bathroom bin was still full from previous guests and the mattress was very stained.
