Very comfortable five night stay at LaQuinta Homewood. Carmen at the front desk provided outstanding customer service to help work through a reservation mistake I made on Expedia and the service I received from Branden from Expedia was equally exceptional.

The room smelled like dogs. The bed mattress was tilted. The key was difficult to use. The toilet hadn't been cleaned. There were no bags in the trash cans. The coffee tasted burnt.
