"The smell in that property was very bad. It was all over and more on elevator. They have sprayed the room sprayer heavily in spite of that it was nauseating. I have never stayed in any such smelly hotel. Since we booked last minute this came in our budget. But my stay experience was completely spoiled due to the smell. Food was okay and no room service unless you ask."

"The hotel shuttle made it super easy to go places without having to take your own vehicle since parking is rather difficult in Hot Springs."

"This property has so much potential, stayed a couple of years ago and it was great. I wanted a top floor balcony room with a lake view. I made a mistake when reserving the room and got a first floor pool view room instead. I was told there were no other rooms available but was assured as soon as one was available we would be moved. We stayed for a week, never notified of a different room. The pool was dirty, it was never cleaned and the pump and filters were either not working or never turned...

"There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good."

There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice."

"The hotel is badly in need of renovations. The dog area is next to a cliff that is hidden by a narrow row of bushes. No signs up to warn anyone, only saw the cliff once it was light out. No immediate lights on the area. The toilet ran and ran, wouldn’t flush properly. The shower curtain rod was bent in such a way that it would not stay closed. Water on the floor because of it. Also the tub was very slippery, if not for the safety bar, I almost fell down. I would not recommend this location to...

"Staff was not very friendly and it took a couple of times calling on the phone to get information because a child was playing with the phone. There was no swimming pool and the information needs to be updated on Expedia. We requested a downstairs room because my husband recently had back surgery and I was traveling with my 83 year old mother who has mobility issues. I notified them on Monday via email I needed a downstairs room and we didn’t check in until Friday. They had four days to respond...
