"Staff as always were brilliant. The room was unfortunately the worst I've stayed in whilst at the norbreck small, and noisy from the backs beer barrels or something being moved around late on, and visable pipe work on the side of my sons bed which looked a bit dangerousif hed got out that side in the middles of the night. But the worst thing about the stay is that the hotel had been taken over by a dance competition. The competitors were sprawled all over the place in the communal areas, up...

"Room overlooking out door pool, corridor outside wasn't cleaned properly. Upon check-in we were informed of £50 per nightcarge for damage. Thus putting £100 extra on the bill.Staff in restaurants very helpfull breakfast was very nice."

"Booked through Expedia and stayed at The Savoy Hotel in Blackpool, and honestly it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. At 2 AM, the fire alarm went off and woke the entire hotel. Not one member of staff bothered to check on guests, reassure anyone, or even confirm whether there was an actual emergency. We were left standing around in the corridors like idiots while the night worker hid in the staff room. When we asked him what he would’ve done if it had been a real fire, he got angry,...
