The location was perfect for us as it was quick to jump on the freeway and get anywhere we wanted in no time. We can't wait to stay here on our next trip."

"The front desk staff on check in and check out were incredibly helpful and friendly. The shuttle was clean and very useful to get to the hotel from the airport. Despite the traffic, our shuttle driver was friendly and did her best to make the trip quick. We were lucky to be placed into an updated and renovated room which was lovely! "Upon arrival for check in we were told the room type we had booked was unavailable and given no explanation as to why. We had to spend our first night in a room with one less bed than needed until “the room type was available.” This was not a last minute booking; we had made this reservation 4 weeks in advance."

"The room Is quite large and clean. The front desk staff is very straight forward. They are doing there job. The stairs going to the front door were filthy, there was vomit by the entry for the whole day. Overall for the area, it was a good place to stay for a couple of days. Also it is a safe and secure place. There was no people loitering."

"Amenities are sparse. Door lock on our room was finicky as the magnetic cards are very sensitive to presence kf other cards and electronic devices according to the staff. Staff were very helpful and were very helpful in providing us with any planning or recommendations. Breakfast included, but very limited options. Hwoever, for traveling to Seattle on a budget, it is a great option."

The recent remodeling looks amazing and gives the hotel a fresh, modern feel while still being comfortable and welcoming. "Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing."
