"I enjoyed my stay. The staff was great and answered any questions I had in a timely fashion. The free breakfast buffet had some variety, but could have used a few more selections, i.e waffles, toast, bagels, and more fruit. My room was clean and the location was great, and close to shopping and restaurants."

"The rooms were bigger than your average hotel room so our portable playpen fit perfect in one of the corners without taking up any room space for our luggage and stroller. The full size fridge/freezer was perfect as we were traveling with breast milk. The breakfast selection really good with ample space to sit. We will definitely be back!"

"Breakfast was great. Hotel seemed cleaned. Didn’t like that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom to use while taking a shower or the lack of lighting in the rooms. Also there was an extra 50 dollar charge when we checked in that wasn’t included in the booking price, on top of paying for parking each day."

"Staff was friendly and the food/drinks were good. One elevator was working and the pool was closed (which is a big bummer when you have kids). There was nothing noted about the pool being closed so that was frustrating. "

"Staff working at front desk yesterday afternoon was super rude and snobby not nice at all. Our hotel was canceled by the property we didn’t find out until check in so I and went to check in and the lady at the front desk was so unprofessional that I’m actually glad it was cancelled. Will not consider staying in the future with horrible customer service that she gave us."

"Room needed upkeep and fixing. Mirror was held up by a screw. Shower rod was loose and slanting down. Curtains has rips and holes. Stains on the rugs. Fridge and extra sink was nice. "

"The entrance smelled of weed. Room smelled of musk and hard perfumes, we had to leave the windows open all night. bathroom was not clean. Floors were not swept well. Toilet seat had residue. Beds did not look clean nor washed. "

"The room was clean and quiet, with a comfy bed. Free parking. There is a pool, but is was closed for the season, but it looked very inviting. Unfortunately, free breakfast doesn't start until May 1st (don't know why), so cannot rate that. My only complaint was that, when I arrived, they could not find my reservation, which I made through Expedia.
