"Well where to start. We stayed 3 nights but only slept there. The Good....the lady in the office was an abdolute gem. She is probably the best thing about this place. She was so incredibly helpful and kind. We would have left if it wasn't for her. The Bad.... the rooms were big but the room was a little worse for wear, holes burnt into the couch, floor boards broken, hole in bathroom door. Cabinetry missing. "Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing."
