"I arrived late in the evening & was very tired. When I first checked in, the room #333, it was overly warm, musty stinky & the bathroom counter looked clean, but had crumbs & residue on it. It had not even been wiped down. I had to go down stairs to request a cleamer room #408. The receptionist was very apologetic & emediately assigned a new room. However, the keys did not work so I went downstairs again. The room was ok, but had a faint smoke odor. The window latch was broken & the screen torn...

"Hampton Inn & Suites Parker, Colorado. My stay here was tolerable but not recommended! This hotel is old and the elevators are not safe. The carpet and floors were filthy and the room smelled, not because it wasn’t clean! I was on the third floor and you can literally hear the neighbors upstairs. It sounded like they were rolling a bowling ball across the floor. As much as my room was for four days you would expect a better breakfast but let’s not talk about it!Thanks but no thanks!"

"While the bathroom looked relatively clean as I think was the bedding (hopefully), it was hard to get beyond the stained carpet. I think there were even some blood stains. This hotel needs a serious renovation. The Keurig coffeemaker in the room was not working. There was coffee in the lobby, so that was helpful... just hard for me to get over that stained carpet! Luckily, I only spend one night."

"Rude staff, did not have the room we reserved, had to buy an air mattress for my son to sleep on, dirty room, smelled like cigarettes and weed throughout the hotel. Do not stay. "

"They are in the process of updating the rooms, but the work is super shoddy. there were pain splatter on the floor and sink. The areas with new paint were sloppy and unfinished. There was dirt, trash and debris in the hall and elevator. It was not cleaned while I was there. The biggest problem was with both doors in my room. The bathroom door would not close and there was hardware missing. The door into the room was not installed properly and the deadbolt could not fully deploy. Finally,...

"The negatives were the heat and AC battle. Although it was set on heat the unit would blow warm air once followed by two burst of cold before going warm again. Also, the shower needs more water pressure. Everything else was great."

"This is a great Hampton Inn. It is quiet and sits back from the road. The only slight negative was that I asked for an extra hand towel from the maid but never received one. Breakfast was good and had an adequate supply of the usual breakfast items that Hampton Inn is known for."

My room was different to the one I originally booked but it’s ok because I was able to check-in early after a long road trip. The amenities were great! I loved that they have the free water machine and ice machine next to each other. The rooms are good, clean, very simple but you do have a small fridge.
