"Clean room, comfortable beds. The first tonight the closet door light kept coming on every ten mins. I let the front desk know this the next morning and they came in and fixed it. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are very spacious we had a standard 2 queen room. The hotel is near the strip without the hustle and bustle. Very quiet hotel even in the hallways. We loved it so much that we are staying here again in November when we come back. "

"Best attitude of staff that we have ever experienced. Managers, check in staff, maintenance personnel were friendly and fun to be around. My husband died in July and this trip with my sisters was to cheer me up. Mission accomplished."

"Clean inside and outside. Great breakfast- eggs, bacon , sausage , country ham (meats offered on different days ), biscuits and gravy, waffles. Lots of parking. Great seating with fire pit for relaxing. "

"This will be our new go to hotel for trips here! 6 min from Publix, 7 min from Dollywood, and not off the main strip so you don’t have to worry traffic. Family friendly and the kids loved the pools and lazy river and hot tub. Breakfast was decent but we had plans to eat out most days and brought muffins for lighter days. The trolley stops at the hotel an comes every 30 minutes they said. We plan to utilize that next time! "

"Wayback is in a very convenient location. They have a wonderful breakfast. The only down sides are the noise from the strip and parking is hard to navigate. There was live entertainment by the pool. It is a nice place to stay."
"Great setting and location - right around the corner from all of Pigeon Forge's attractions. Staff was great. We had to call maintenance due to a leak in the kitchen, and they were responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!"

"There is a 24 pool in one building in one building. The breakast was amazing and the staff there above board. Front desk staff is very kind and attentive. All staff works together like a family. I plan to stay here again. ALL AAA+++"
"The room was excellent for my needs. It had so much room and had 3 queen beds. The stairs to loft were a bit tight when carrying luggage upstairs, but worth it once up there. Has two bathrooms, along with a fireplace. The only dislike I had was the outdoor light stays on all night and even with the shades down allows light in. Ugh. "
