"A nice basic hotel by the airport. We saw lots of cleaning staff and workers working around the hotel while we were there for two nights. Some updating is needed but looks like they are working on this and maintaining the property.
Shuttle service to the airport was excellent and with the Union Person line at the airport it was simple getting downtown to the Rogers Centre or Scotiabank place. An uber was recommended to get to Rogers Stadium for the concert and this worked out well.

"Great stay. Easy to get to and very convenient for TTC. The room was very large which was not expected so it did not feel cramped. And loved the smell of the hand soap!
The continental breakfast was so-so. We could have paid for the hot items but we were in a rush.

"Front desk staff are very nice and friendly.
The mens shared bathroom was cleaned the second day I stayed, but they didn't actually clean the showers, leaving hair and grime and the bad smell leftover. The room is okay but the AC vent is always seemingly "leaking" air and making this annoying high pitched noise. Part of the wall trim is hanging off the wall and was previously duct taped and there's duct tape holding together other parts of it."

"The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The one thing we didn't like was the size of the room. The room was listed as "1 queen bed (Queen Swanky). The bed in the room was definitely NOT a queen, it was a double size. When I mentioned this at the front desk the manager told me that was indeed a queen size "for their hotel". "This hotel is perfect for solo travelers that want to stay next to the airport. There is a team right next door that takes about 15 to get to terminal one. Very friendly and helpful employees. WARNING: there is a clear window into the shower from the other side of the room, meaning anyone else in the room easily and accidentally watch you shower. So the rooms are only for solo travelers or people that don’t mind. The glass is LIGHTLY frosted for a bit but is perfectly clear at eye level."
