Says 17 minute walk but they don't tell you its up a mountain so more like half hour or more if hauling luggage. They should send email telling uou they have a shuttle to pick you up.
After getting there uou pay $8-10 for shuttle each way down to town and back.
Only 3 restraurants and no shops.

"This hotel was brilliantly close to the station and although very traditional inside and out it had a good homely feel. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. We were delighted to have so much for the price. Switzerland is generally v expensive"
"We finally found a hotel in Switzerland with air conditioning...it was very much needed after a long day of hiking. All of the staff we had contact with were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is very well located in a lovely pedestrian only part of town surrounded by great restaurants, easy walk from the train station. We loved the view from our balcony. The honesty bar was an added bonus and breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland. I would go out of my way to stay in this hotel again."
