"Very convenient location if you need to be by the airport. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I appreciated that they had a crib with blanket available for my baby. Overall a comfortable place to stay."

"Very old and tired hotel for $200.00 a night, musty smell in corridors. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was minimal!
Shuttle was is supposed to be every half hour but waited 50 minutes and hotel is 10 minutes away..
Will pay more for a better experience next time."

"We stayed in a club room and I had upgraded to get the family suite so we would have more room and I paid an extra $70 plus tax, so $100 Canadian. I have to say I was disappointed. the room was a bit dirty, there were crumbs on the floor and there was absolutely no body wash or shampoo left in the dispensers in the shower.
For that price point it was unacceptable.
The club room was nice and I was impressed with the breakfast, especially the beautiful fresh blueberries, and strawberries that...

"The Hitlon Airport Garden Hotel was very clean and the rooms were well furnished. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good with a cook ready to prepare any style of eggs you wanted. The buffet had everything you could imagine for breakfast and the servers were right there to greet you and bring you coffee. The shuttle service was on time and very efficient.
Standards like this are not often encountered today even in the better hotels.

"The unit had a kitchenette, but plates and cutlery needed to be rented, which was odd.
Parking, breakfast etc were good, room was fairly clean. The property needs more attention to communal touch point, touch pads, elevator walls etc. not the worst ive stayed in, or the best."

"At first I was given a room that was so hot and had sheets that were not clean. There was a dead bug and hair in the bed. However when I complained they moved me to a new room that was cleaner but this property needs to improve their standards of clean. If I wasn’t desperate to sleep I would not have stayed there. I did not feel safe. Someone even tried my door in the middle of the night."

"Our fridge, cable and sink drain did not work on check in. Plus the walls and accent chair were not clean looking. I called to ask to move rooms it was full, so a maintenance personnel came to fix the issues. He was able to fix the cable and drain, not the fridge. I wouldn't go back to this hotel."
