Depending on what bungalow you’re in there may be some loud music on certain nights, but we stayed there Friday and Saturday, only heard music Friday night and it was done before 2am. Lots of great restaurants nearby and shopping, plenty to do! Beaches, surfing, etc. Great tacos across the street at Lolitas and awesome cocktails at Zubi on the corner."

"The views are absolutely stunning from here. The rooms are clean and simple but the view and shared outdoor areas are so beautiful. The food is good as well but small. The staff were amazing! They helped us carry our bags down all the stairs and up! "

"An incredible place to stay!! The staff were so lovely and attentive to everything we needed and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The lobby/dining area was also lovely and the food was great too! The only slight downside was there is construction happening nearby so it's a little noisy but there is construction around lots of the villas in Bali and only happens during working hours. Overall loved it and would definitely come back here! "

Although we will say that the first run that we were put in did have a really funky strange smell and so we did ask to be changed to another room and they really swiftly changed us to a new room. This showed really good customer service, which was greatly appreciated. But it was strange that the other room had such a strong smell. When we arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, we were given a choice to wait for a room view ocean view of just anyroom that is available, and we choose a room with ocean view as we will be staying for 3 nights. After waiting for about 2 hours at lobby without aircon, when we asked again, they told us that the room was not ready, we have to wait another 2 hours. I was so upset because we are very tired. we fly in from melbourne, in which we have to wake up at 3am in the morning. Then we settle for a not so good room, and it was noisy, near construction side. Another event that happen is that the room was supposed to be cleaned when we lelt for lunch, but when we came back at 4,30pm, it was not cleaned at all. I was upset again. The room has alot of mosquitoes, I have so many mosquitoes bites. The breakfast was not great at all. For a Aud600/night this hotel is a rip off. Not worth at all and I would not recommend it. This the worst hotel that I ever stayed"
