10/10 Excellent
"Very nice room and facility. However, a map of the premises would have been helpful since we are seniors and walking can be difficult."

8/10 Good
"This place was well kept, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Nice pool area and the continental breakfast was about what you’d expect. I would’ve given this place 5 stars but the water pressure in the bathroom was very odd. With the shower, you basically had to stand under the shower head due to weak pressure and the water on hot was enough to burn the hide off an alligator. Otherwise, great stay!"

8/10 Good
"Lets start with the bad... the tub was dingy and didnt have a stopper so we couldnt give the kids a bath, showered instead. The door handle took some trickery to open but once we learned you have to lift UP on the handle we managed. now for the good. Front desk staff was great. the room was clean and comfy aside from the tub. Lots of room to spread our stuff out. We had a poolside room and had zero issues with noise at bedtime. We went to the restaurant to get milk for the toddler a couple times. the fridge was roomy and had a freezer section so we could refreeze our icepacks (huge in my book). Lastly, the pool.... THE POOL! the pictures dont do it justice. we had the best time in that pool. My kids love pools but arent great swimmers, it was very accessible to them. the waterfalls were fun, lots of room to toss a ball. the upper deck deepend being totally seperated was awesome. A+ indoor pool for space/noise/comfort/clean. We will be back at some point specifically for the pool. one more thing, in conjunction with the trolly app, this is a great spot on the red loop. trollies are empty when they come by, its a quick spin around to Anakeesta, and its a nice stop on the way back. felt very safe riding with my wife and 2 kids."

"Clean, nice breakfast buffet, conveniently located on the Pigeon Forge strip. Right next door to a nice BBQ restaurant (Puckett's). Free cookies and popcorn in the evening. The whole facility was clean and staff were really nice and helpful."

"Great location. Free trolley shuttle to downtown running continuously with online tracker. We had a nice room with king size bed, and nice view overlooking downtown amd the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing wrong with this hotel at all that we knew off. Pool is nice and clean and even has water slide for kids."

"First room had a smoke detector that was beeping, the front desk clerk was by herself and didn't have anyone in maintenance working to change the battery in it so she changed our room. Second room, the a/c wasn't working so she changed our room again. Third room, everything was in good working order, she was very helpful and nice, we enjoyed our stay."
