"Totally under construction. I feel like that should be disclosed prior to stay. I would not have stayed there under those conditions. It need the facelift though. I would have preferred not being there during the remodel."

"Honestly we got our room and ended up not staying. Within 5 minutes we saw at least 5 incidents that made us feel unsafe to stay there. They offered us another room but we have a young child and under conditions of many paraphernalia users in the area and in the hallways and scattered around the front we felt better safe than sorry. The sad part is I returned my key immediately after seeing these things happening and they would not refund me. We drove two hours home after this at 830 pm because...

"The staff, all of them, were so kind and supportive! It truly felt like you were a guest here. The room was clean and loved having the reverse osmosis water available down the hall. Super nice to have a welcome drink on check-in and did I mention, THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE!"
