"Love this property, but has slipped a bit. Not as clean as usual, and starting to show some wear. Shower was not 100% clean and shower head would not work well. Carpets are getting quite worn. Love the room set up and very comfy beds. Staff is awesome."

"I wasn’t expecting maid service for a two day stay but my room was made up and spotless after we returned from our day visiting friends. Everything was covered in pollen outside and could have benefited from a hosing down, but since it’s been so dry, maybe it’s a water shortage issue. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff was busy with refilling and cleaning."

"The room was very clean and the staff at the desk and maid service was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and there was a good choice of foods available. The site was conveniently located near the biltmore and the downtown Asheville area. The in and out of the place was a little tricky. Just a heads up use the gas station to come in and out o the hotel. There is a Texas Road House right next door to the hotel and easily walkable from your room. The only issue that was a little problematic...

"Nice location. Heaven forbid you expect to have coffee available first thing in the morning. Breakfast was without any "gravy" for the biscuits. Breakfast begins at 6:30, but apparently they don't care about the coffee being available until closer to 7:00 AM. Front desk host in the AM cares more about his phone and texting than he does about the paying guests. Having TV on an entirely Spanish speaking channel helped me recall my Spanish classes from 40 years ago, This hotel was a bit out...

"I come here a lot. I love the front staff they are very friendly. Has a home environment feeling. The cleaners do an excellent job. Honestly whoever picks staff at this place deserves an award! "
