"Fantastic staff, very clean, room was perfect. In a terriffic location. Will stay there again!"

At check-out desk attendant was sitting hunched over with hoodie up over her head scrolling on her phone not paying attention to a thing going on around her. Not a place I would stay again."

"Parking was secure and safe. A lot of food and things in the area to do it seemed. Only stayed one night. Pool was clean however could use some maintenance. Overall the hotel was clean: breakfast was hot and had good choices. Room was clean but my biggest complaint was the bathroom. The tub was not level and pooled water. The bathroom needed updating. The shower head wasn’t great. The tub was slippery. Our bed was very elevated. My mother is 4”10 and in her 70’s she could not get in it without...

Una quedó mal tendida con las sábanas sueltas. El jacuzzi no estaba funcionando, información que no supimos y nos habría gustado disfrutar ese espacio. Los niños gozaron la alberca. "Check in is at 3:00, but rooms were not available because housekeeping was behind. The waiting room was full of people wanting to check in. Once we got in the room, there were still no clean towels and there were still dirty towels and cleaning products in the room. There is not enough parking but for a third of the hotel. Seeing as there was a large event in town, parking was full. This stay was a disaster that they were not prepared for at all. "

"Seems like the breakfast at these facilities have gone way down. The eggs look super rubbery. They typically only offer one fruit and that is an apple. If your diet consists of processed sugar then you're good to go. But if you are a vegetarian like myself who tries to avoid ultra processed foods then the breakfast has very limited options. "

"All the people that work there were super nice. I got recommendations for good places to eat from the manager. They text straight to my phone. That was nice. My bed was very hard, which wasn’t terrible, but it had some broken springs. They are going to address it right away."

"This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The bed is very comfortable and clean. The air conditioner is amazing keeps it nice and chilly, and the curtains are so thick no light gets through, definitely a bonus does not wake me up. The only complaint I have is there the fan in the bathroom doesn’t work well it works, but it makes this really loud sound, and I wish there was more drawer space."

"My son was on spring break and I couldn’t get off work to go to far from home. He’d been wanting to go to the claw machine arcade that had recently opened in the Louisville area. The hotel was great not sure why but I’m liking the drury inns. Room was clean beds were comfortable shower was good and hot and plenty of water pressure. Breakfast was great missed it the first nite from driving the nite before to get there but enjoyed it on day 2"
