"Nice area if you’re doing business outside of Louisville – convenient that it’s right next to a mall which gives both grocery and restaurant options. The staff were extremely friendly and I’ve stayed here on three occasions for work."

"The staff was very rude. We had to beg for clean towels. The air conditioners were weak and did not cool the rooms. The bed wad crooked, made me feel like I was going to fall out during the night. The parking lot lights were so bright that the cheap window coverings would not keep the light out of the room. There was activity going on all hours of the night and walking outside at any hour made us feel very unsafe."

"Clean bedrooms/bathrooms. We stayed in this hotel for one week for a work trip. The breakfast area was clean and provided enough to eat: waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, sliced bread, cereals, oatmeal, milk, applesauce, fruit cups, coffee, tea, muffins, bagles. Cleaning staff will clean upon request and they chance the towels every day. They missed taking the trash every day though, but we told the front desk and immediately they put the request. We didn’t use the pool. Im picky but this...

"Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable."

"Great place to stay! Lots of parking available, and super easy to get around by vehicle. Rooms were very clean, and mattress was a medium comfort, so good for me! Pool/hot tub was only open until 10, so for a night owl like me, I was a little bummed I couldn’t be there for a bit longer. Overall, I would stay here again, it was a great experience!"
