"Parking was ok. Entrance & exit to facility was very difficult & potholes need attention. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Don't know what amenities were supposed to be but don't believe there were any. Other guests were inconsiderate for sleep. For the price, guess we couldn't expect better. Could have had brochures in the room or offered when checking in. Had little information regarding nearby shops."

Upon arrival, we were informed that the room we had originally booked was unavailable. Instead, we were offered a different room at a reduced price (from $160 to $135). However, this replacement room was of substantially lower quality and did not match the listing we selected at the time of booking. The conditions of the room...
