"My son was on spring break and I couldn’t get off work to go to far from home. He’d been wanting to go to the claw machine arcade that had recently opened in the Louisville area. The hotel was great not sure why but I’m liking the drury inns. Room was clean beds were comfortable shower was good and hot and plenty of water pressure. Breakfast was great missed it the first nite from driving the nite before to get there but enjoyed it on day 2"

"Dated and worn hotel. Noisy in the evening with kids running around the halls. Breakfast buffet is mediocre compared to quality of competitors offering the same service. This hotel should not be rated 9+, it should be rated no higher than some score in the 8 range. Not terrible, but I would not stay here again if visiting Louisville."

"The walk in shower was nice but, it was so slippery and the shower door should have had an handle on it instead of one very small nob which is an safety issue."

"This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"This place honestly shouldn’t even exist. From the time we arrived (after 2:30 and check in is supposed to be at 2) it was a crap show. Our rooms weren’t ready because they had to call the police to kick out people who refused to leave from 6 different rooms. That I later found out were alleged prostitutes. We went to late lunch and came back and one room wasn’t ready and the room they gave us wasn’t acceptable. We had a concert to go to so we figured that would give sufficient time to prepare...

"The staff is doing a great job at this hotel. I don't know if all of the rooms are updated as mine was but the room was in great shape for the price point. The breakfast was above average as well. Always an attendant on duty to address any problems you might have. This area is great for people on work trips to Louisville. "El servicio del personal fue muy amable, la habitación limpia, aunque en el tiempo que estuvimos no se aspiró, únicamente se cambiaron toallas y respiraban las camas. Una quedó mal tendida con las sábanas sueltas. El jacuzzi no estaba funcionando, información que no supimos y nos habría gustado disfrutar ese espacio. Los niños gozaron la alberca. Los restaurantes buenos. En general, agradable estacia."
