"The staff is doing a great job at this hotel. I don't know if all of the rooms are updated as mine was but the room was in great shape for the price point. The breakfast was above average as well. Always an attendant on duty to address any problems you might have. This area is great for people on work trips to Louisville. About a quarter mile from the freeway, giving relatively quick access to all parts of the Louisville metro. A gas station between the hotel and freeway which is a great convenience during the morning rush. When the work day is done just head back to the hotel and you have plenty of options just down the road,within walking distance if needed, to get a good meal. This is a quality hotel at a quality price. Thanks for a good stay."

"Rooms were outdated, smelled terrible of mildew and were down right disgusting. There was stained mildew on windows and air vents. The air conditioning would not cool the room no matter what temperature it was set to, it just stayed at 75-77 degrees all night which made for a horrendous sleeping experience. The entire property is outdated and disgusting. The breakfast was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tried and threw it out after one bite. I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We got there 5:10pm to check in and the rooms were not ready. Check in was at 3pm. One room did not have a dresser or other furniture other than one plastic chair. That room also had mold on the back of the bed frame. The stairwell smelt of cigarettes and weed that lingered into the rooms. The parking is terrible especially if you have to use the center elevator to get to the 3rd floor with luggage."

"Staff was nice. Room was just okay... no hand soap, shampoo, nothing. No blankets in rooms only a sheet. So bring everything you might need. Didnt charge a deposit so that was a plus."

"The hotel was very nice and clean as it is still new. No complaints about the staff. They were all fantastic! For me, the bed was horrible! I woke up with the most awful back, neck, & shoulder pain for 2 days. My room backed up to I264, a very busy highway. Every single time a big truck would pass by you could hear noise, very disturbing. I could not ask for a different room because they were booked. None of this is the fault of anyone at the local hotel. I don’t understand why you would build a hotel next to the highway like that. It’s sort of my fault because I did not pay attention to it being next to the highway. The website says NOTHING about having to pay $50 PER NIGHT damage fee! When I got to the hotel, they’re asking me to pay $100 because I paid for two nights ahead of time! You could’ve taken the money out when I paid for the hotel, when I had the money! They would not let me check in without this money! I realize there are people that would destroy property, but I’m not one of them! You’re making the innocent people pay for the mean people problems! Not everybody has an extra $50 per night! I don’t have a credit card, I had to use my debit card. I did not have an extra $100 and they would not let me check in! I know I will get it back but it’s a huge inconvenience because I had to borrow it from somebody! If you want to fee, you need to take it out when I make the reservation! You put a huge hardship on me and your embarrassed the heck out of me! "
