"The built in night stand next to the bed is in awkward location. It is too high above the bed and a person could strike his head on it. Our room was on the traffic side of the hotel, therefore it was difficult to rest at night."

"Hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower head in our room was non adjustable and the water came out really hard. Preferable to low pressure any day !!! Had difficulty finding it through the GPS in car but managed."

"We've stayed here multiple times before, but I hate to say this place has gone down hill. We chose this hotel over another because it had a pool, but the water was so murky you couldn't even see the bottom step. There was a nice gazebo/sitting area outside but it was not maintained so day one we had to clean the table ourselves to play cards on it and day two it had other (inconsiderate) people's trash on it. Our bathroom wall had a big patch where something leaked and the tub floor was badly...

"*Not terrible, but not great* The front desk clerk was curt - borderline rude. The property is obviously an old hotel that was given a lipstick on a pig renovation. The finishes are nice enough, but the bathroom fixtures, etc. are old and paint spattered. The breakfast was on par with most American hotels - not very good. I pass through this area several times per year, but will try a different hotel next time."

"Had to stay overnight in Johnson City recently for an event at ETSU. chose this property due to the fact it was rated Excellent on Expedia, and it was fairly cheap. Upon arrival, I immediately knew I’d been duped. The grounds are not kept up at all. Not a bad sign when the outside looks like an abandoned building. The check in was fine, but upon entering the room you are met with humidity along the lines of a tropical rain forest. Imagine old, aging window unit AC that isn’t properly...

"Decent hotel for the money. Great Staff. Lots of dining options across the interstate. Place is older. Interstate side is noisy. I didn't mind, since I snore loud, traffic is white noise. Room was good. Tv and channel choice was good."
