"Spacious rooms and quiet location. Breakfast could have included more food options and food wasn’t always hot. Great front desk team. Having laundry facilities in the room was a real plus. A wonderful spot we would happily return to on another trip."

"Really terrible! I could ignore the previous guests towels hanging up drying on the porch, the shower not cleaned, but I couldn’t ignore that the bed had bedbugs!!! For the price of the room, I would expect a minimum of a clean bed, I could feel them crawling and biting me all night. I spoke with a staff member the next morning and they said they would investigate and call me back…of course no return call. I guess the next guest will have the same problem! "Beautiful condo like space. We had a two bedroom, full kitchen, dining and living rooms. Laundry in room. Two bathrooms with showers. So much space and very comfortable! Beautiful balcony space and pool access! We had an amazing stay with our family of 5. "

"simple cabin, clean and nice beds. room had faint cigarette smell but kind and helpful staff. Perfect for our one night. "

"The water view room was light, bright and airy despite being a little small. Both cleaning and guest services teams were very professional and friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being in the heart of town, the room was surprisingly quiet. An extra bonus was being on flat ground, near the water and within walking distance of most attractions. Happy not to have to hike/taxi the incredibly steep hills of Airlie after a night out. "

"This property is quite run down and could use a real good cleaning of all the outside areas, walkways to the rooms and the pool area. We spent a week and there was bird poop, old bandaids, dead bugs, etc that were never washed down. The pools were nice but you had to wear your thongs all the time."
