"Everything was absolutely stunning and great about the hotel. Absolutely beautiful decor and the cleanliness was the best I’ve ever seen. And it was cute that they served a little continental breakfast although they are equipped for so much more when it comes to food, full-size little restaurant, which has the potential for so much more would’ve loved an omelette or something a little bit more with extra protein but all in all it was absolutely spectacular. "Very cute suite with what we thought was a great location in Florence. Away from the hustle and bustle but very walkable to main sites and lots in the close vicinity as well. Claudia was a great host and very responsive. Beds were comfy’ linens and towels were good. We couldn’t use the AC as it was too early in the season. But the apartment cooled off very well at night. A lovely stay!"

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and there was always fruit and goodies to munch on in the afternoon/evening. The entry to the building was very cool - felt like another era, and the decoration of the hotel is very interesting. Our rooms was very nice and spacious and we had a free bottle of Chianti, which was awesome."

Também amamos a Dona Katia que nos serviu no café da manhã. Ficamos no apto Oscar que super nos atendeu. Além disto a locação foi perfeita pois fizemos tudo a pé. "

"Beautiful condition of hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location was cool but long walks into Florence center but okay to beat the congestion of the city center trade off. The area directly outside the hotel gate was very sketchy especially if you are traveling solo. Once in the very narrow entrance of the property, you feel safe. "
