"I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. From start to finish I felt welcomed and well looked after.. Gosha one of the managers there allowed me to check in a bit earlier as the room was coincidentally ready when I arrived. Nothing was too much to ask.. I was provided with a hair drier , an iron and a fan (upon request) The room was clean , spacious and tidy There were cooking utensils, washing up liquid and a sponge for the dishes. "Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop.
