"I was disappointed that I arrived earlier than I usually do for trips and the room was still being cleaned. Check-in is at 3pm & I arrived at 4:30. We had to wait a while until it was ready. Once we were inside there was an odor, I believe it was from the used towel to clean. There was lint & hair on multiple counter spaces. Maybe it was because it was cleaned in a hurry at the end… I was hoping the manager (person who checked me in) would offer a discount or something for this error but got nothing. I did love how spacious the room was & how close it was to the beach & pierre. "

"The whole place was so run down. Nothing like the photos that are posted. Paper thin walls. Could hear everything all night."

"Everything was fine except for the staff that checks you in and out. Not very helpful and you have to pry the information you need out of them. No effort to ensure you have the information you need for your stay. Basic things like where your room is, where the elevator is, where’s the gym, how parking works, etc."

"The room was clean, but furniture was old and well used. The bed was comfortable and had a good mattress. The pool & jacuzzi were in good condition. The hotel is located near restaurants, shopping, and town. Staff was friendly and helpful"

Staff did not seem surprised about there being roaches in fact staff had no empathy or emotions to the situation as if they were used to it they know about it or they just don’t care collecting checks I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel hotel in FACT CONDEMN this hotel I paid for a private room not a room with unwanted guest.
