"For a family vacation to NYC we knew we weren't going to be in our room for much more than showering and sleeping. EVEN was everything we needed it to be. "This is a small hotel with great staff and excellent location. Rooms are very small so if you're someone who likes to spend a lot of time in your room, this is probably not for you if you're more than 1 person. But we were out and about most of the time so it was perfect for us. Two suggestions: the outdoor patio needs attention in order for guests to use and it would be helpful if the room with multiple tables could be opened before 9am since the available tables around the coffee area filled...

"An excellent location in NYC within walking distance of places such as Central Park and Rockefeller. It is also very near the subway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were 5 of us staying in a suite and with the fold out bed and put up bed there was still plenty of space! The kitchen has two fridges and was very useful. The balcony gave us extra space and it was great to sit out early morning and late evening. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to New...
