"didn't have hot water in my shower and they said they were gonna send someone up. no one ever came. other then that the room was clean and cute. and vibes were cute. food at the cafe in the lobby was tragic unfortunately, bar staff was kind and had great drink suggestions."

"Website touted free breakfast as “a rarity” in NYC. At check in we were provided a card for free coffee and a pastry from the coffee stand in lobby. Coffee stand staff said we could only have coffee. Website shd be corrected to accurately represent that you only get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Bathtub needed replacement or scrubbing. Bed linen was very crisp and clean. Thank you! But not enough to keep one warm at night."

"The toilet stopped working twice in our room, and our phone in the room did not work so I had to use our own phone to try and reach the front desk to get service for our toilet. The biggest light in the room did not work either."

"I loved staying at the pod, because it was clean and exactly what was advertised. Personally, I went at a time while they were construction and I feel like we didnt have access to the entire amenities which looked beautiful. Otherwise loved it"

"Terrible experience. To start with room was not great, when I booked I requested for one king room and one room with 2 queen beds. This was not accepted and when requested staff was rude and asked me to call expedia. I called expedia and have to wait with family sitting in lobby and gave up. Adjusted with the room and had daily issues. Locks don’t work and had to complain and stand in front of the door for an hour to get it fixed. Issue with toilet and had to raise service request. Door access...

"The check in was smooth. The staff was helpful from the time you park valet. Super clean room. Loved the bathroom with touch of gold. Hotel itself is safe regardless being in the middle of Times Square. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this to others."
