We booked this hotel because it was the nearest and cheapest ($434 for two night) We were going to go to American dream that Sunday the 19th but it was insanely packed due to the Fifa world cup finals. "The common areas where very well kept and the room was clean. However, the room had a very musty smell the entire time even with the AC on low. The corridors looked newly renovated but my room needs new carpet I think."

"From check in to check out...services were perfect!! I appreciate awesome customer service while traveling and this hotel exceeded my expectations!!! It was a pleasure to come back to a clean quite very relaxed hotel after the JAYZ concert and dealing with a lot of NY traffic. Oh my gosh and housekeeping staff were magnificent!! They made me feel like I was out of the country ...on a resort!! I kid you not!! Thank you for a pleasant overnight stay!"

"We had a good stay there in our suite overall. I love that parking is not an issue. I think some of the cleaning staff could be a bit nicer, more professional. Front desk staff were nice and helpful in answering questions. The carpet in our suite needs deep cleaning, I also didn't like that I could only use the tv for local channels, couldn't use Netflix or you tube for our entire stay. If you go there, make sure you bring your laptop/Ipad if you wanna watch things on you tube/Netflix etc.,...
