"We used to regularly stay at this hotel over the years however this was our last stay. The hotel is aged and in need of updating. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. There was smoking in a nearby room each night. The a/c did not cool below 73 making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The price was higher than I would have preferred to pay for the condition of the hotel. Tenafly is a beautiful borough to visit. I highly recommend visiting the town but not this hotel."

"Wir waren positiv überrascht und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Zimmer schön groß und auch funktionell.Frühstück ok. Personal absolut ok. Man muß vom Hotel bis Port Authority ca 30-50 Minuten( ja nach Stau) Busfahrzeit rechnen. Im Bus ( Route 163 bzw. 164, ca 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle) ist W-Lan verfügbar und somit kann man die Zeit schon aktiv nutzen. Für uns kein Nachteil,insbesondere wenn mann das Preisniveau in NYC vergleicht. "

HVAC didn't work right, couldn't get TV to power on without staff, remote control guide did not work, ice maker on our floor didn't work right. They advertised a "restaurant" which is a joke (no dinner available the days of the week we were there; there were two places nearby for delivery but front desk only had a menu for one of them) and there is a very small bar. Very disappointed thinking I was...

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room layout was excellent, with separate areas that made the space feel comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that changed daily. It was something we looked forward to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!"

"A nice enough hotel but the prices were high due to proximity to World Cup venues. Be warned that this property is right next to the Garden State Parkway. The rooms facing the highway are not well sound proofed and you will hear road noise. Also, if you are on the 11th floor, it is right below the Skyline Bar and if they are having events you will hear the noise and music."

"The building’s sound insulation was extremely poor. We stayed on the first floor, and whenever people walked on the second floor, it sounded as if they were walking inside our room. We were unable to sleep that night because of the noise. Additionally, whenever they used the bathroom, it sounded like water was pouring directly into our room."
