"My new Reno location! Good location and nice and quiet other than a couple of loud mouth neighbors returning from a night of partying. The only issue was the hot water taking a few minutes to arrive in shower … but not a problem once I knew what to expect ."

"Such a unique place to stay. Loved the vibe, loved the room. Decor is very cool and lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Midtown is up and coming and it can be loud at night with the cruising and loud stereos but we were so relaxed in our room it didn’t bother us at all. We weren’t aware of the sauna until check out but the front office staff were kind enough to give us the code so we could check it out before we left. The sauna is an absolute vibe. "The staff at the front desk was amazing, super friendly. After we got to our room and I went to put our bottled water in the mini fridge, it was warm. I called downstairs told them the problem and they immediately fixed it. They changed our room, not only that they upgraded our room for our inconvenience. The buffet there was great. The staff was so helpful and very cheerful. The bed in the room was super comfortable. I loved the feel of the pillows. So soft and fluffy!! I was even going to ask...

"Rooms were slightly better than average. Gym was above average! Chophouse restaurant was above average. Staff was average. Loved that they didn't charge for parking. My room was clean and most of the pubilc areas were clean, but it smelled like smoke everywhere. My room had a slight smoke odor, but the hallway had a strong smoke odor. Not cannabis, old school cig smell. But overall a good value and would consider staying there again."
