We reserved a room with a “hill view” and we got first floor looking to the parking lot. Front desk brushed it off and said they couldn’t do anything even though they still had other rooms open. 24/7 cafe was nice but the hot water dispenser had coffee flavored hot water. "This Motel really exceeded our expectations. It is a super cute property and the room was adorably decorated. I loved hanging out in the hammock first thing in the morning when it was still cool outside, and by the fire pit in the evening when the temperatures dropped as well. The pool area was amazing - no shortage of very comfortable seating with access to the bar and restaurant - so nice that it is restricted to 21 and older! "This place made for a great stay for a family members wedding that was right around the corner. The price was right compared to some other hotels that were in the area especially during early June which seems to be peak vacation time in the wine country in that area. The staff was amazingly helpful and made our stay that much better !"

"Very family friendly, comfortable rooms. Hot showers and great breakfast. One down fall is I wished there was a drawer on the two nightstands, and I also wish there was a drawer with paper and maybe a book or folder with local activities and restaurants. I love the fact that this is a very central place to stay. We were able to drive to Pismo, Morrow Bay, Paso Robles, and Cayucos! All within 30 minutes each"

"The tv did not work and the thermostat did not work. We complained the first night and the staff said they would take care of the complaints. That. Ever happened. Even on check out we asked for a partial credit. We have not heard a thing. Would not recommend this place. Not even coffee in the lobby."
