"Breakfast service was disappointing. It seemed that there were not enough staff members, and food and plates were often replenished slowly. I had trouble sleeping because I could hear footsteps from the room above and what appeared to be the sound of an air conditioner from a nearby room. The air conditioner noise was especially bad, producing a constant low-frequency mechanical humming sound throughout the night. The soap left by housekeeping was dirty and crushed, and the soap itself was damaged. Overall, this stay fell well below my expectations, and I would not stay here again."
