"Really a fun experience floating on the marina in our private houseboat.
We were pleasantly surprised at how much storage room there was for our stuff, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for making breakfast or lunch.
Daily visits from manatees and some other sea creatures (small sharks?) were very welcomed.
Location was central to all the various keys and attractions, including a beautiful beach just down the road."

"Hébergement spacieux et bien équipé.
Place de parking juste devant le logement.
Zone assez calme.
Situé au milieu des Keys c’est bien pratique pour rejoindre Key West dans la journée.
Le réseau wifi fonctionne mais n’est pas stable avec des hauts et des bas voir de fréquente coupures."

"Grassy Flats is an amazingly beautiful property. From one end to the other it's like a little slice of paradise for sure. We stayed in the wreckers building. The room was fantastic, clean and very comfortable. The pool was warm and hot tub was delightful. Restraunts were closed when we were there so we ate at the market. Fish tacos were pretty basic. Overall an excellent stay."
