"Breakfast was great! Lots of options. We had a few issues with our room, the microwave was broken, tv volume was going up and down sporadically. Called the front desk and they came and put a new microwave in the room and looked at the tv within minutes. Room service only comes every other day, had to call the front desk for hand towels, wash clothes and bath mat that were not replaced after they cleaned. "Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. "Came here to celebrate our 7 year anniversary, wish we looked else where. Pool and spa were closed for “inspection”, from what we could tell the pool and spa had been closed for a while (no pool access was not listed anywhere on Expedia). Employees had zero dress code, in t shirts and gym shorts. All ammedities were not available, that being the restaurant, pool/spa, wine cellar, and cafe. Tennis court is abandoned.
