"Hotel under major renovation. Our AC didn’t work and we had to move rooms after 11pm. They are turning WATER OFF each day and did not inform us, or any of our other friends staying at same hotel. Some of us couldn’t take showers. Large fridges in lobby not working so drinks were warm. Kitchen not operating so full breakfast was very poor. Didn’t inform us that SELF parking was $15 per day."

"The front desk staff was amazing, the airport shuttle was very pleasant. My only recommendation is that the hotel needs to upgrade their rooms. The rooms were very outdated and in our room there was a layer of dust on the headboard of the bed. There was a patched hole in the wall and the mini fridge was sitting on the floor. The shower curtain was stained with red coloring and was very old looking. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were as well. For an inexpensive stay where we were able to leave our vehicle for the duration of our trip it did the job. "

"Room was well cleaned with fresh towels daily. There is a water bottle filler in the lobby too. Our breakfast was included. The buffet was continually replenished with a variety of options and Starbucks coffee/tea was available. All staff was professional, friendly and helpful. If you need to store your luggage they do so in a locked room at the front desk."

"Wonderful place and I’m sure it will be fantastic this spring when the rooftop opens! Had both dinner and breakfast at Ama and that was a treat. The staff was warm, the room was beautiful, and I’d highly recommend!"

"I stayed there with my husband and two small children. We were supposed to stay for two nights however the heat in our room was not working. We had mechanics come up twice to fix it, second time they replaced the whole unit and in the middle of the night it completely stopped working again. There was snow outside so you can imagine it was extremely cold. My son (4yrs) had a stuffy nose. The kids didn't sleep at all that night. We decided to cancel the second night. They said we would be refunded but I have not received it. This was during February vacation and it is now mid March. I've received no information and no response. Also to top it off we had our luggage plus our kids luggage and having no access to the second floor via elevator is so inconvenient! We had to go up stairs to the second floor with everything. Just seems odd for a family hotel. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed as Ive loved staying at the other doubletree locations. "
