Cari Resor Kondominium di Boston

"Clean room & nice bed but there are so many people coming and going at all hours that it’s impossible to sleep. There was also a miscommunication when I called the listed Hilton number for the shuttle, she said no shuttles were running. I kept calling & spoke with someone at the front desk who said yes there are many shuttles one will be right there- but if I had given up I’d still be waiting. Overall very unrestful & too expensive. Will not stay again."

"The parking was a bit high and valet area gets very crowded at times"

"Very nice Hotel. Very clean!! Room service was great. Took advantage of the nice warm pool. The only thing that aggravated me was charging $4.00 for a 12oz bottle of water. The first 2 were complimentary. Otherwise, everything was exceptional."

"clean room, great location"

"The room was clean, staff friendly but, we paid extra for a city view and the view was of a lower roof top. The window was so dirty we pulled the drapes. The microwave sat on top of the mini fridge, with both sitting on the floor under the window! No coffee maker in the room or noticeable ice machine available. For the price, we could have stayed at a much better appointed hotel elsewhere."

"空調がうまく機能しない場合があるようです。立地は非常に便利でスタッフも親切です。"

"Parking was $60 valet per day"

"Only paper plates and plastic cutlery for using the poor breakfsst"

"Staff were not very helpful, and did not follow through on their promise to update me when my room was ready, we were sitting in the lobby for awhile before I followed up and was told the room was ready to check in. Room did not look like the pictures on the website, and the beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was dingy, paint was peeling on the doors, and the fan didn’t work. I had the do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping repeatedly knocked on my door even though I spoke...

"Super attentive and helpful staff!"

"Clean rooms, extremely helpful staff. Close to the airport. The Starbucks staff was not very friendly."

"Gorgeous views! Very conveniently located. Transportation was easy, lots of restaurants and shopping close by. It can be a little confusing at first if you’ve never stayed before, but once I got accustomed to it became very easy to get around."
