"I wouldn't normally stay at a bungalow styled residence like this, but I was pleasantly surprised. I found the room pretty spacious. I would've liked to have a safe. There were some friendly resident cats which was nice to see. The highlight has to be the views from this place. Whether you're at the restaurant, the pool, or any one of the excellent cabins, you get one of the best views on the island. The staff was also very friendly and ready to help with a smile. I had a very smooth stay."

"Staff were excellent. The fact it had everything self contained was great. Met many new friends there. Was impressed from the moment I arrived and got better as the stay extended. Price per night was great. Internet needed some work but that seemed to be the case for most of Koh Phangnon. "

"Lovely property with fantastic staff. Special mention for Rainnie for all her help resolving transport and changes. Villas arw spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Shower pressure is good. Towels are big and special towels provided for those who attend parties and need to wash off paint. Little kitchen area and kettle and large fridge with bottles water. Very quiet at night. Decent size pool and sun loungers. Nice gym area too. "

"Nicest staff ever! Pool is beautiful and big, our poolside bungalow was also very spacious, the grounds are nice and the beach is a couple minutes walk. They cleaned our room daily and the breakfast included delicious Burmese food with western cuisine. We enjoyed a small beach party as well, every Wednesday. "

"We arrived as a couple with two teenage girls and booked 2 villas. This was our fifth time in Haad Yao, but our first time staying at this hotel — and it did not disappoint! The surroundings are amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful sea views. Room service was efficient and convenient. Breakfast was excellent — delicious and varied, a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for...

"Beautiful hillside property. The spa, pool, sauna, bars were all brilliant. About a 2/3 steep walk up the road and then down to the beach but worth it. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and had everything you need."
