"It is a nice boutique hotel. Staff very friendly. Nice ambiance in lobby. If you are a drinker, the afternoon wine/martini perk is good. Morning coffee in lobby...not so good. Weak. We had a nice room in the interior so no street noice. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Would recommend."

"The staff was great however there many small things that I won't be repeating my stay. The room was clean and well equipped with all the normal hotel amenities but no microwave. "I booked this hotel because it’s proximity to Oracle Park. The facilities are well kept. The decor is modern and well designed. The rooms were very clean. I love my window view to the city. The beds were very comfortable. We slept through the night. We actually woke up later than expected.
I love the proximity to the freeway. I usually avoid SF due to the long wait to get onto the freeway. To my surprise it was very quick. The hotel also offers discounts and perks. I will definitely be back."

Old systems and extremely slow check in.
They were kind and waived the resort fee for waiting.
Called and asked about late check out before booking, reiterating my desire with purchase notes, communicated with staff about it, then the house manager was mad and didn’t let us stay late because they were fully booked even when we agreed to pay for it.
They were kind and let me use the lobby fridge and microwave for leftover food but those amenities aren’t available in...
