"The view from the lake-facing room was amazing! Our room was comfortable and clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from two train stations, Epesses and Cully, with great rail connections. The road and railway traffic is pretty noisy and constant. Parking is limited. Overall a great place to stay, with easy connections/drive to Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux and Geneva."

"Sadly this hotel is disappointing in so many ways. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but through no fault of theirs, the hotel is very poorly kept, is incredibly outdated and requires more investment in time, money and management. The bathrooms were very poorly kept especially, gardens not maintained and massive bins welcome you at the entrance. Pillows are poor quality, lots of basic maintenance and lacking in characters, atmosphere and care. Please do not be attracted by the views -...

"Paying for cheaper hotel Villa Toscany you can still use facilities across the road sauna, swimming etc. which is great. Good location. I do struggle to find information on Expedia website that check in for Villa Toscany needs to be done in Royal plaza across the road if I knew it from begging would be more helpful."

"L’hôtel est d’une grande propriété, le personnel est d’une gentillesse. On a voulu manger au restaurant le soir et c’était complet mais le personnel de la terrasse on tout fait et nous ont trouvé une place et on a pu profiter de la vue magnifique sur les vignobles et le lac Leman. Les lits sont très confortables et la vue est magique. Je recommande cet hôtel même si le restaurant est un peu cher mais vaut vraiment le coup pour la qualité de la nourriture et la vue .. "

"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again..
