"Decent breakfast. Good parking. Room a little smaller than recent stays at Comfort Inns. No chair except office chair. Small bench but not comfortable for lounging on. Tiny bathroom but but good shower pressure. Propert, breakfast room, room were all very clean."

"The staff was efficient and pleasant, and I appreciated the location. The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use, with good water pressure. The shade darkened the room effectively. The coffee maker worked well and had a nice selection. There was a QR code to tip the hotel staff without needing cash--brilliant! My concerns were that the room design was fun, but not functional, and many amenities didn't work as well as at other hotels in this price range. There was lots of lighting in the bathroom area but pretty much none in the bedroom area, so it was difficult to work in the evening or read in bed. The heating was responsive but very loud and woke me several times during the night (I'll add I'm a light sleeper). There was no towel hook near the sink, there were no hangers for pants, the steamer and hairdryer had problems, and there was only one garbage can (in the bathroom, not near the fridge and coffee makers). Some wallpaper was peeling a bit, and some paint was chipped. The stay was fine, but I was disappointed."

"Checked in with ease and friendly efficiency. Room was neat. The entire night was quiet and i slept straight through. Breakfast was hot and varied. The location is excellent for getting anywhere in town and easy to get to."

"Great overall experience, every staff member that we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. We forgot one minor toiletry item, called down to reception to inquire if they happen to have what we neede and it was delivered to our door, free of charge within about 5 minutes. "

We had to move rooms as the one we were staying in was booked already, but they had our new room ready to move our things to, before we even left the hotel for our activities."
