"This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. We had to go buy large trash bags to bag all of our belongings so we didn’t get roaches in our house. We tried contacting the manger via email and the front desk tried contacting her. "Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. "

"This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. "

"Stay far far away!! They had roaches and I had to argue for 20 minutes to get a refund when I had pictures. The rooms are so gross and outdated and they charged me $164 plus a $100 deposit when I only stayed one night! Never again, I would rather stay in my car."
