A well-run, small hotel situated a short walk from town centres in Bournemouth and Boscombe.

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. Amazing for families, lots of space to play and run. Pools were great. Food lovely.

The room we had was great for our needs for the long weekend. Easy to access with self check in and out. Loads of info provided about the area for restaurants etc in a book left in the room which was genuinely useful. Jenny was great with providing required info on booking and checking we had that info again before we arrived. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Poole.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and contactable at all times, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was in the room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast whether hot or cold and all hot food was cooked to order. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. Service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside. We had a drink in the bar before we went out, and we both said we wished we were staying at the hotel for dinner as the service was brilliant. The personal touch made a huge difference. The room was to the highest standard and certainly did not disappoint. We had a wonderful stay, a welcoming arrival and any queries we had were dealt with both before our stay and during our stay. There is limited parking at the hotel and involves a bit of tetris parking, however I cannot see how this could be resolved given the location and size of the hotel. The Chocolate Box was one of a few hotels that included some on site parking, there is a paid car park near by as well , you just need to be prepared in advance of the possibility of not getting parked on...

Fantastic stay at this hotel. A real gem and the restaurant Jetty is superb. Staff very attentive, always available and courteous. I will be gladly come back.

Loved everything about this hotel. Lovely thoughtful touches in the room - fan, radio, chocolate, nice shower products. Very comfortable and clean.
