"The room was very nice and up to date. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a little of everything however the pancake machine did not work. There were plenty of other options for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. The price was excellent and the whole experience was comparable to the Hampton inn and suites that I stayed in the previous night, for almost twice the price."

"We booked a room with a king bed but when we arrived at the hotel the desk clerk told me our room had two queen beds. When I asked if they had given our room away to someone else, I was told if they ran out of the rooms we paid for on Hotels.com we would just have to accept what was left. We also tried to contact the hotel from the airport but were unable to get anyone except a phone tree that simply told us to go to the website. If we can't count on getting the room we booked (and paid for), I guess we will just use another service."

"Check in after 10:00 was very difficult. I show up and there is no staff. There is a sign for a number to call. The two people ahead of me said they had been calling the number for ten minutes with no answer. I called the CheapTickets phone and they gave me a different number to call. It went to voice mail and then hung up on me. After ten more minutes, a person showed up. I was tired and now it was after 11:30 pm. The room was fine. The check in was not. "

"Spacious room with clean bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub could be hotter but understand it could be a liability. Breakfast was as stated. Would like to see more whole wheat bread/English muffins and fresh fruit. It was nice to have fresh coffee at 6 am available for our departure. Would stay here again."

"The first 2 nights were loud, especially the 2nd. I kept quiet until 10 pm but that didn’t seem to help. Dogs barking in the lobby which was down the hall from my room. Loud kids and adults in the hallway. I asked the next morning if they could put a “Quiet” sign out and was told that quiet hours start when the pool closes. I said obviously people don’t know that. I will never stay here again and will probably never stay at another best western again. It would not have hurt the clerks to quiet the people and dog down."

"The room was nice and clean, very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a shared indoor/outdoor, we did not use but did get in the hot tub! Very nice. Clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good! They even offer a soft drink machine with coke products! It’s also open in the evenings and they have popcorn for a late afternoon snack! Nice treat! Safe area of St Louis with shopping and eating options within a 5 minute or so drive!"
