"I loved this place! It has a great grab and go breakfast until 10AM!!!! Great for those of us that like to grab a extra shut-eye. Kathy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The lobby is great place to send the kids it has Foosball tables and great space for kids to be kids; even grown up kids and let their hair down and have some fun. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping"

"The staff was friendly; the room / bed was fine but the bathroom scruffy, worn, dated. Everything worked but I would not go back there. The pool was okay, the "fitness center" had a broken treadmill, a (working) elliptical and a (also working) stepping machine, did not use either some free-weights, which I used. Small but nobody there, so no problem. Breakfast is plain and uninspired. We were going out for breakfast."

"I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache."

"Incredible City View!!!! , but probably one of the worst Hiltons I’ve ever stayed at. Terrible condition, Mold, tons of damaged furniture, terrible bathroom, not great beds, no coffee in the room, nor was there a decent coffee station in the lobby. I usually stay at Hiltons, but in this case I should have just stayed in the Motel 6 down the road. I obviously payed for the view because all I really got out of it."

"I do not recommend this hotel at all—not even in passing. The rooms are dirty, the bathrooms are filthy, and the facilities haven't been renovated. The beds have mattresses where you can feel the springs, and the bathrooms are stained and rusty, old towels, everything it’s bad. Not even the breakfast coffee tasted good. The service was very friendly, but that doesn't make up for how terrible this hotel is—not to mention their non-refundable policy, which practically forces you to stay there."

"The property needs more attention to detail when it comes to the cleanliness. There were stains in the carpet in the hallway leading up to the room. The front desk attendant wasn’t so friendly and seemed like she was very rushy. The bathroom had toothpaste stains on the mirror. The showerhead need to be cleaned the toilet and the floor needed to be mopped. The sheets in the bags were clean. They also didn’t have any rags or hand towels in the bathroom.
