"I wanted to raise a couple of concerns regarding my stay, as the experience fell significantly below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. First, the $19 parking fee is difficult to justify given the complete lack of enforcement. After paying, I was not asked for a license plate number, and there appears to be no monitoring in place. Room key is needed to access pool, elevator, parking garage, and back entry way from entering into the hotel from parking garage which is nice so no one radom is walking in and out. Also a few places to eat nearby and witha CVS and Target nearby "
