"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast."

"My stay was nice. The room was cool, the beds and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was efficient and kind getting me checked in. Buuuut…. The pool looked like a swamp. There was an oily film over the water and the color of the way looked like a few dozen homeless people had bathed in it. It was absolutely disgusting. So the only way this hotel can improve in my experience is to CLEAN THE DAMN POOL!"

"Please avoid this property at all costs. There were mouse droppings in the room. The cleaning staff did not clean the room when requested. The hotel does not ahve enough linen for all the rooms. Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing. The cleaning staff had come in and taken away all the hand towels, probably they were needed in another room. The Reception staff was very nice and polite, the breakfast...

"The staff was very polite however,, the room we stayed in was pet friendly in which we were not aware of and when we arrived the smell was horrible and we were told it was because of the carpet cleaning. The carpet was wet our entire four day stay. The sheets were damp so we had to use the hairdryer to dry them ourselves. Light bulb was out in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was not conducive for showering. We were in a handicapped accessible room and we did not need that. By...

"The elevator is not working and I was on the 3rd floor. The carpeting was worn and not very clean. The lobby and hallway were hot. Breakfast was small muffins, cereal and waffles. The steam is safe, across from an indoor mall. The bed was lumpy, but i have to admitted the sheets and towels looked brand new. For the price it's not bad for a night or 2."
