"First-time stay and genuinely impressed. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and reasonably priced, which made the stay even more convenient. The location was ideal too—close to the tram and great shopping at the Trafford Centre . Overall, a fantastic experience and would happily return."

"Manchester Marathon 2026 start area was a 2 min short walk. Big advantage avoiding morning crowded trams and last min access to room toilet :) Staff super helpful. Got me a nice quiet room facing the stadium where I could see the refreshing sight of runners gathering in the morning. Breakfast was not fancy but I found everything I care to eat. There a Tesco about 10min walk away. Uber to city center was 6£. Comfortable twin beds and kind bed ( tried both!) Very satisfying hot rain shower....

"Great place to stay with good facilities. Happy to recommend this for anyone needing a smart, clean place. Has all cooking facilities but we didnt cook. Nice touch to have teabags and coffee sachets but very frustrating not to have any milk sachets. Meant i had to go hunting for a shop for milk. Pillo- do consider adding little lastic pots or sachets like you get in McDonalds. Would save tired travellers a little stress. Other than thta, all positive."

Appeared great value at first but was awkward to enter, very noisy especially when we were unable to close high windows in bedroom and a disgusting matress and quilt we discovered we were sleeping on when removing sheets, as requested, at the end of our stay."

"There were several takeaways nearby, and a cafe but otherwise not much shopping. A small co-op about 15 minutes walk away and a mini sainsburys 20 minutes walk. On the other hand the bus stop was right outside and the tram stop only 5 minutes walk so easy to get to the city centre. But the key problem was communication with the owners. It came across as if it was all automated and they did not really care. I tried to find out about check in as sometimes samller places close check in early. No...
