"Firstly the accommodation was very clean and modern, it allowed us the opportunity to experience city life and travel to MANCHESTER was very easy, However there seemed to be some administrative issues and communication wasn’t great. We didn’t hear from the venue until 3.25pm despite being able to access the rooms from 3pm. We had no access code and when asked were informed to wait until after 3pm, thankfully at 3.25 we were given the code. In addition, we paid for a superior city view...

"Great atmosphere, super smooth and easy to settle in. Very cosy room with curtains across the bed so felt like own little private space, only concern was the getting up and down from the top bunk as there wasn’t much to hold onto but was told by staff that this is a new design and still in process of being rolled out. Overall brilliant stay and would definitely be back"

"Location, convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff"

"First time in Manchester and ended up in this hotel. Staff were nice but hotel was horrible. I traveled with my husband and daughter and we had reserved a room for 3. The bed was small, the sofa bed smaller and it wasn’t even ready. The elevator did not work and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom for 3 adults. We had to order e tea towels, bed sheets, comforter and pillows for the sofa bed. We ended up staying just 1 night and got...

"Very helpful staff."

"The shower didn’t work, I try to turn it on and the water sprays all over the walls and ceiling and the, no staff around to help"

"Room was clean location was great"

"Nice clean flat & easy access to Media City"

"I had a fabulous stay. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and tidy although the shower attachment holder was broken so had to strategically position it so I could have a hands free shower. Also the shower drain was blocked which I unblocked - looked like it hadn't had a proper deep clean for a few months. I wouldn't have noticed this if the water drained away properly. Overall a fab apartment at a ridiculously low price in comparison to others."
