"Fab stay"

"Room quiet,comfortable and clean. Car parking easy. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast a little disappointing ( my fault for not checking when I booked) “grab and go “ came in a paper bag. The room was very hot at night but there was a portable electric fan in the room which helped ( we did visit in the summer) The bus to Manchester was outside the hotel and frequent and was £2 for a single into the city centre"

"Oddly unwelcoming guest, mocked me for using Expedia upon entry to the property. Laughed about me essentially getting scammed for using Expedia and instructed me that I wouldn't be having breakfast instead of offering it to me. Tiny bathroom with a tiny shower. Instructed that you are forbidden from bringing food in to your room. Upstairs room had TV on full volume until 3am (it has been possible to restrict certain volume levels on TVs for over 20 years to prevent this issue). Poor parking at...

"Clean room Slight difficult access"

"I need a review for Hotel Football. It's easy to find, minutes from the tram stop. Check in was quick and easy. The room was super clean with a modern feel. Vimto in the fridge was the best surprise ever. Really enjoyed our stay. I did leave some items in the wardrobe which I realised on the train home. "This hotel is in serious need of an extensive make-over. The car park is difficult to access via an overgrown, narrow drive that is also overgrown. Kerbside appeal is poor and the entrance appears to be propped up by scaffolding! Disabled access is non-existent and not sure how the hotel managed to meet local authority safety requirements. "The staff were amazing and bed was comfortable sadly that’s there the positives stop The bathroom was the biggest problem, a hole in the door, mould on the bath, rust on the shower, cracked tiles and broken bath signs I was told the room was the furthest away from the bar but could still hear loud music until midnight Great staff just the bathroom needs to be refurbished and cleaned"
